1. I can’t put my finger on it, but there is something about this that makes me think if a Victorian era gaslight, and at the same time captures the flavor of China, and a New Years lantern. So apropros to this time of year…light is the universal thread among so many winter holidays: the sun and burning log of Yule, the lights of Christmas, the candles of Hannuka, the enlightenment of Bodhi Day. Well done!
